When I book with StayRuby, who will charge my credit card?

When you book through StayRuby, all charges will be billed by the hotel directly. You will never see a charge from StayRuby on your credit card.

Some hotels require a deposit or card on file to complete your booking. If you were prompted to provide a credit card during the booking process, your payment details were encrypted for the hotel to bill directly.
