How do I make a new reservation?
Making a hotel reservation through StayRuby is easy! Just follow these steps:
- Search for the hotel you wish to book from our homepage.
- Once you're ready to start a reservation, press "Request Price & Book". You will need to log in or sign up for StayRuby, if not already logged in.
- Fill in your dates and room preference.
- Our team will send pricing and room options to you within about 1-2 hours. During busy times or evenings, you may not receive pricing until the next business day. You will receive an email and text once it's ready for you to review.
- Select the desired room and rate you wish to book by pressing "Select & Book". Your booking will be confirmed, and you will receive an email confirmation shortly. Note that some hotels may take several hours (up to 24 hours) to process your booking before you receive an email, but typically it's much faster than that.
