Can I still earn reward points with the my credit card or the hotel's loyalty program?

Earning Credit Card Points

Since all charges for StayRuby bookings are billed by the hotel itself, not StayRuby, you can typically still earn points on the credit card use to pay for your booking. This falls into the points earning category of "hotels booked directly".

Earning Hotel Loyalty Points

In addition, you can typically still earn hotel loyalty / reward points if you supplied StayRuby with your correct loyalty number at the time of booking. This applies to popular reward programs like Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, World of Hyatt, IHG One Rewards, Accor ALL, etc.

Note that hotels may have their own specific rules or restrictions about point earning eligibility when you book through a travel advisor like StayRuby, or for specific room types or dates. Contact the hotel or loyalty program and provide your Hotel Confirmation Number to confirm if you will be eligible to earn points.
